For a residential neighborhood, the ideal location is in Târgu Mureș in an area where there is no polluting industry, traffic is smooth (roundabouts and two lanes per direction), there is public transport, the shopping centers where you stock up with food or consumer goods are just a 9-minute walk away, and the city’s points of interest are just a 9-minute drive away.Also just a 9-minute walk away is the Târgu Mureș forest together with the new park of the Tudor neighborhood.
